Fromage Bistro aspires to lure Restaurant Week diners not only with their delicious dishes, but with their elegantly chic decor as well. Opened a little over four years, Fromage Bistro recently experienced a few renovations at their Hillcrest location, "Our customers loved our quaint French Bistro feel and kept on coming back, but we were also growing and seemingly running out of space. So we decided to make better use of the space and create a more contemporary look and feel. Now all concerned are very happy," explained the restaurant's manager, Bolivar Blake.

To commemorate the grand occasion, they've added two dishes very popular among their dedicated regulars to their RW menu: crab stuffed chicken breast served with roasted sweet and Irish potato with a lemon beurre blanc sauce, and coconut curried snapper served with Jasmine rice. Their crab stuffed chicken is a bestseller because it is one of the few chicken options that come with crab. And since people are living on the healthier side of life, the meal isn't fried which makes this option an even better one.
