FLOW doesn't care about rural customers
THE EDITOR, Sir:
I am frustrated about and disgusted with the lack of urgency that FLOW has been showing in fixing a minor cable fault that has resulted in the loss of services (Internet and landline) for its customers who reside in the area of Goffe Road district in Glengoffe, St Catherine.
The problem occurred on September 30, 2018, and even though repeated calls have been made to the company's contact centre about this issue, we are yet to have our services restored.
However, upon monitoring FLOW's Facebook page, I saw a visitor post that was made on October 15, 2018, informing the company that Hagley Park Road had been without Internet service for less than one day. To my utter surprise, FLOW responded by saying that they had received reports about the Hagley Park outage and that their technical team was working to have the issue resolved as quickly as possible.
Yet we in the rural area continue to be disregarded! #RuralCustomersMatter!
