Four charged with murder of Hanover elderly woman, grandson to appear in court today

The four persons, including a teenager, who were charged in connection with the July 25 murder of 91-year-old Doris Frame and her 15-year-old grandson Jesse Spence in Malcolm Heights, Lucea, Hanover are to appear in the parish court this morning.

Charged with two counts of murder and shooting are a15-year-old boy, 23-year-old Gavin Casely, otherwise called ‘Satan’ or ‘Jerome’, Howard McIntosh, otherwise called ‘Zil’ or ‘Howie’ and 24-year-old Nickoy McKenzie, otherwise called ‘Nick’.

They are all of Lucea, Hanover addresses.

They were taken into custody between Wednesday, July 25 and Sunday, August 5.

The police reported that about 9:00 on July 25 Jessie and another relative were in their yard when they were pounced upon by four armed men who opened fire.

The teen was shot.

The men then entered the house and shot Frame who was in her bedroom.
